These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NonQuelTool website and software products (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Trangle di Dante Davide Ciavarella ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Purchases and Payments

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address. All payments are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, such as Lemon Squeezy or Stripe.

As a business operating under the Italian "Regime Forfettario", our invoices are exempt from VAT (IVA) under Art. 1, commi 54-89, L. 190/2014.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trangle di Dante Davide Ciavarella and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Trangle.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Trangle di Dante Davide Ciavarella be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
